In response to a number of requests from collegues, in this post, I summarise my view of the crisis in Zimbabwe. I also comment on why I think the spirit of the current Government of National Unity (GNU) persist beyond its statutory life as this fosters a spirit of cooperation, tolerance and trust among politicians from different political parties in Zimbabwe.

The crisis in Zimbabwe is essentially a political crisis that has caused untold destruction in all other domains of Zimbabwean life. That a single domain has been allowed to dominate the situation where is destroys achievements and kills progress in every other domain, is a really good reason to start a revolution aimed at attaining freedom for other domains.
